Patrick Titterington is the Director of Public Service and Safety for the City of Troy, Ohio.

The Director of Public Service and Safety is the Chief Administrative Officer of the City of Troy. Except for autonomous departments, governed by independent boards (e.g. Parks, Recreation) or those headed by elected officials (e.g. Auditor, Law Director) the Director of Public Service and Safety supervises the day to day affairs of the city based on the laws and policies established by the Mayor and Council.
